Dental Practice Administrator Certificate (Level 3)
Administrators asked for one programme that covered everything: records, NHS claims, GDPR, invoicing, stock, HR paperwork and CQC evidence. The new 20-hour certificate does exactly that, with ten modules and a template pack including a compliance calendar, stock sheets and a records-retention schedule.
GDC core CPD refreshed
Medical Emergencies has been updated to the latest Resuscitation Council UK guidance and now includes a whole-team simulation module. Disinfection & Decontamination reflects current HTM 01-05 audit expectations. Radiography & Radiation Protection restates roles under IR(ME)R 2017 and adds a records module for administrators. Safeguarding has been mapped to the current intercollegiate competencies and includes was-not-brought guidance.
